Privacy policy
Last updated September 2026. Short version: we collect what the product needs, we do not sell it, and we do not run advertising trackers.
What we collect
- Waitlist
- Email, optional name and trading profile, the page you signed up from. Used only to invite you and to announce pricing. No newsletter.
- Account
- Login credentials, the setups you create, the runs you request and their results.
- Bridge
- The NinjaTrader Machine ID you pair, chart slot, poll timestamps, and the configuration served. No account balances or broker credentials are transmitted to ConnectQ.
- Technical
- Server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and reliability. No third-party analytics or advertising cookies on this website.
How we use it
To operate the Services, to approve and configure machines, to bill metered usage, to investigate abuse or defects, and to contact you about your account. Aggregate, non-identifying statistics may be used to improve the engine.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We use infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email) that process data on our behalf under contract. We disclose data if required by law.
Retention
Waitlist data is deleted on request or when the waitlist closes. Account data is kept for the life of the account plus the period required for billing and legal records. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes.
Your choices
Email info@connectq.com to access, correct, export or delete your data, or to leave the waitlist. We respond to every request.
Security
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored in access-controlled infrastructure. Trading enablement is server-side and per machine; no chart-side parameter can arm trading.
