Terms of service
Last updated September 2026. These terms will be finalized with counsel before public launch; the waitlist and this website are governed by them as written.
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and ConnectQ LLC (“ConnectQ”, “we”). By using the ConnectQ website or software (“Services”) you agree to these terms and to the Risk Disclosure and Privacy Policy, which are part of them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. The Services
ConnectQ provides software tools: a strategy designer (Forge), a backtesting and validation engine (ProofBench), a NinjaTrader client (Bridge), and a managed rule set (Prime). The Services are tools; they do not provide investment advice, manage funds or execute orders on your behalf except as directly configured and supervised by you on your own accounts.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade futures in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for your credentials, for any machine you pair with the Services and for all activity on accounts connected to the Bridge.
4. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, decompile or extract the Services or any model served through them; share access; resell or redistribute setups, data or outputs provided by ConnectQ; or use the Services to violate any law, exchange rule or third-party terms (including those of your broker, data provider or proprietary trading firm).
5. Your content
Setups you create are yours. You grant ConnectQ the license needed to store, run and display them for you, and to compute aggregate, non-identifying statistics that improve the Services.
6. Prime and other ConnectQ models
Prime and any other ConnectQ-authored rule set are licensed to you for execution on your own accounts for the term of your seat. Their definitions, research and validation records remain ConnectQ’s confidential property; the executable configuration is served to your software for the purpose of execution only and may be withdrawn at any time.
7. Fees
Fees are per use as published at launch. Metered usage is billed as incurred; seat fees are billed per term. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
8. No warranty; limitation of liability
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. ConnectQ does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any setup will be profitable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConnectQ’s total liability arising out of the Services is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, and ConnectQ is not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
9. Termination
Either party may end the relationship at any time. On termination the Bridge stops receiving configuration and disarms when its configuration expires; you may export your setup definitions before your access ends.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email to account holders and by a notice on this page with a new “last updated” date.
